Frequently Asked Questions

What Happens During a Session?

The treatment session begins with a consultation. We will ask you questions about your health history, concerns about your health and the goals of the sessions. During your session, you'll lie or sit on a massage table or zero-gravity chair. We will use hands to apply gentle pressure to areas of your body that are related to your symptoms. You will also participate in assisted movements. At the end we will re-assess and come up with a plan for future treatment.

What do I Wear?

Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows for ease of movement. You can wear attire such as shorts, yoga pants, t-shirts, joggers, and athletic polo shirts and tops. If we need to access hands/arms or feet/legs you can wear shorts or a tank top.
