Hei Gung  Therapy

Holistic Care in Walla Walla, Washington

Welcome to Better Better Clinic, a place for whole-person care. Many of the challenges people face—chronic pain without clear answers, grief, loss of purpose, major life transitions, emotional weight, or the desire for change—don’t always have a clear place within conventional approaches.

Our work goes beyond addressing symptoms. We work with the body, nervous system, and mind to engage with the deeper parts of life—the experiences that carry meaning and shape the direction of your life. Through hands-on Hei Gung Therapy and personalized care, our goal is not only relief and balance, but a steadier, more integrated sense of wellbeing and a deeper sense of inner peace.

What is Hei Gung Therapy?

Holistic care begins with the understanding that pain isn’t always just about the body. Stress, past experiences, daily habits, and the ways the nervous system learns to respond to life can all shape how we feel.

When working with concerns ranging from chronic pain to grief, our approach is guided by hands-on Hei Gung, often translated as life work—the practice of learning how to live. In a session, we may use bodywork informed by neuroplastic pain principles, simple meditation, or thoughtful conversation. These approaches help shift patterns in how the body responds and how we relate to our experiences. You arrive as you are that day, and we meet you there.

At Better Better, we offer accessible hands-on care rooted in Hei Gung  bodywork in Walla Walla, Washington—a place where people are welcomed and encouraged as they move toward feeling better.

Mental Health Support

Anxiety, Depression & Stress

Mindfulness and Hei Gung-based therapy help clients notice how emotional patterns show up in the body. With compassionate awareness, the nervous system can begin forming new pathways of calm, safety, and resilience.

Life Transitions

Navigating Change

Life changes such as grief, relationship shifts, career changes, or aging can activate deep stress patterns. Mindful body awareness helps people move through these transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

Neuroplastic Pain

Rewiring Pain Pathways

Many chronic pain conditions involve learned neural pathways that keep pain signals active. Through acupressure, bodywork, and mindfulness-based somatic awareness, we help the nervous system develop new patterns that reduce pain and tension.

Hormonal Balance

Hormonal Health

Stress and nervous system dysregulation can affect hormonal rhythms. Lifestyle guidance, mindfulness practices, and somatic therapies support healthier hormonal balance.

Digestive Health

Gut-Brain Connection

Digestive issues such as IBS, reflux, or bloating are closely connected to the nervous system. Holistic therapies and mindfulness help calm the gut–brain axis and support better digestive function.

Generational Support

Inherited Stress Patterns

Past experiences—including family or generational trauma—can shape how the nervous system responds to the world. Somatic therapy helps gently explore these patterns so the brain and body can develop healthier responses and greater emotional freedom.

Autoimmune Support

Immune System Balance

Chronic stress can influence immune activity. Holistic care—including lifestyle support and somatic nervous system regulation—helps the body shift toward greater balance and resilience.

Allergies

Immune Sensitivity

Acupressure supports circulation and helps reduce inflammation, while Hei Gung-based mindfulness calms stress patterns in the nervous system. Together, these approaches help the body regulate immune responses and reduce sensitivity.

Skin Health

Inflammation & Stress

Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne often reflect internal imbalance. Holistic care supports the body through stress reduction and somatic hei gung treatments that promote healthy skin from within.

Respiratory Health

Breathing & Lung Support

Breath-focused mindfulness practices, along with somatic hei gung based therapies, can improve breathing patterns and support respiratory health.
