In this movement class, you work on how you move in relation to yourself, others and your environment and start to figure out what helps and what doesn’t; so you make changes from there. Why Join the Class

This is a guided class, led by a teacher who helps you see what’s hard to see alone and supports you through the process. You’re part of a group that grows together—where friendships form naturally, and showing up matters. Through movement, awareness, and shared experience, you begin to shift patterns, feel more at home in your body, and more connected to the people around you.
